Over the past 13 years, Bryan has served in a number of strategy, marketing, business development, and specialty finance roles. Early on in his career, he worked as an analyst in Merrill Lynch’s investment banking division, where he focused primarily on mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and joint ventures.
Prior to joining Electric Power Systems, Bryan spent eight years at Honeywell Aerospace. Initially, he served as a director in the mergers and acquisitions group, where he led and managed all aspects of the acquisition/divestiture process for various product lines. His experience included business development, inorganic strategy development, pipeline development, origination, transaction management, valuation, due diligence, executive presentations, and more.
Most recently, Bryan served as the senior director of the hybrid-electric and electric propulsion group, where he developed a comprehensive and robust strategy that covered turbine engines, generators, motors, motor controllers, and energy storage. In this role, he managed projects for VTOL, general aviation, mid-large Part 23, and Part 25 aircraft. In addition, Bryan also led all business development activities and drove and oversaw a five-year strategic plan, trade studies, certification process support, program, and product development, and monthly reviews with senior executives.
Bryan possesses a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. Bryan resides in Scottsdale, AZ with his wife Kristin. In his free time, he enjoys drumming, playing basketball, reading, and spending time with friends/family.
