Buyer / Planner

Pay: $35,000 – $55,000 a year

Senior Electrical Test Engineer

The Senior Electrical Test Engineer is responsible for designing and developing the electrical architecture for automated test equipment and test setups. In addition, they will author acceptance test plans to efficiently test electrical components, PCB boards, and electrical systems. Our Engineering team develops innovative cutting-edge system solutions to address major societal issues by providing sustainable electric propulsion systems.

Pay: $80,000 – $110,000 a year

Engineering Technician

The Engineering Technician will perform tests, rework, and validation of electrical systems as well as support the engineering team in instrumentation and data acquisition setup and data logging. EPS is seeking talent that is drawn to solving new problems, comfortable with thinking out of the box, has a proven history of successful innovation, and enjoys working on a team with like-minded individuals. 

Pay: $50,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year

Senior Electrical Power Systems Engineer

EPS is seeking someone who can be responsible for designing and developing electrical and power distribution architecture for energy storage systems. In addition, they will also design PCB Boards for power conversion and power distribution applications, perform Modeling and Simulation of electrical power systems, perform Power Loss and Thermal estimates of power components, and more.

Pay: $80,000 – $110,000 a year

Director of Product Management, Propulsion

The Director of Product Management is responsible for overseeing early phase customer engagement programs. The position also leads the commercial capture efforts on behalf of the company during a joint development phase.  The position manages a cross-functional team of various engineering functions. This position works to identify the scope of work and develop formal program plans for hybrid and all-electric aviation propulsion systems.

Pay: $125,000 – $175,000 a year

Mechanical Test Engineer II

The Mechanical Test Engineer II role will involve analyzing data and applying objective judgment to resolve problems, applying engineering principles and industry standards to mechanical designs, and managing assignments across multiple engineering projects. This job is great for a self-starter, someone who effectively works and collaborates in teams, and is methodical and systematic in their testing approach.

    Pay: $60,000 – $93,000 DOE

    Senior Accountant

    The Senior Accountant leads the accounting function and supports the company. They’re also responsible for general ledger accounting and the month-end close processes, including preparing, analyzing, reconciling, and reporting financial information. Manages financial and accounting apps in the company’s ERP system.

    Pay: $65,000 – $80,000 per year
